The room was in an unacceptable state for hygiene and safety. The bedsheets and pillows looked dirty, and the washroom was very unhygienic. Guests were also pressured to eat at the hotel, which felt coercive and inappropriate. Despite charging GST, they didn't provide a proper GST invoice, raising concerns about billing transparency and possible tax non-compliance. Management and staff were unprofessional and discourteous, showing little respect for guests or understanding of basic hotel management and customer service. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, transparency, and proper hospitality standards. I ask management to review its practices and meet hygiene, billing, and service standards so other guests don't face the same problems.

You can't sleep here with all the mosquitoes. The bedsheets were torn, and the pillows were the dirtiest I've ever seen.

The room rate is too high. Other websites show cheaper prices than booking directly by calling the hotel reception. If you ask for a GST bill, they'll argue at first and demand extra money. Even after checkout, you'll have to wait outside your room, and they still won't give you a proper GST bill. Then they hassle you with unnecessary charges.

Staff don't respond, and they won't let you bring outside food, which means customers are pushed to pay for their own food at higher prices. Overcharging becomes an issue when exams are on and unemployed students are staying there.
