I had an excellent experience here. The staff were excellent and well behaved, and the hotel has all the necessary amenities, spacious air-conditioned rooms, a party hall, a conference hall, and a wide parking area. It’s child-friendly, with a separate bar as well. Ambala cantt Bus stand is 100 metres away and Ambala railway station is nearly 300 metres away, near Ambala cantonment and Ambala Airforce Area. Taxis and auto rickshaws are available round the clock. A must-visit in Ambala cantt Area.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the location was good, and staff were helpful and cooperative. Meals were okay. But the towels were very dirty, which was disappointing. The English seat and washbasin were fine. There was a lot of noise outside, the window view was very bad, and there was plenty of garbage outside the hotel.

The serving staff, including the manager, were pathetic. A no-star, worst experience. Avoid this hotel for a stay and the restaurant too. Don’t even try it.

A simple order takes at least an hour here. The manager doesn’t respond, the food quality was pathetic, and it was the worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

The staff were nice, and the hotel is close to the railway station and bus stop. The room wasn't clean or up to standard, though, and the food was highly overpriced.
