The online pictures make the rooms look lavish, but I ended up on the third floor in a room that was all torn up. There’s no lift, so getting up those stairs is exhausting. If you want a better kept room on the first or second floor, they charge extra, nearly the same amount as what you already paid online. I wouldn’t rely on the images on Goibibo, booking.com, or similar sites.

The rooms are fully furnished and the mattresses are extremely good. They also bring food to your room, and both the food quality and service are really good. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Ambala, check hotel heaven spot on 29647 first. I’d give it five stars myself. The facilities are really good, and I love the hotel heaven.

There’s no lift, so be prepared for the stairs. And don’t trust the online pictures too much, you might have to pay extra to get a decent room.

Staff behavior was very bad. They were drunk all the time and behaved badly.

They charged Rs. 1000 for a room that was in very poor condition. It wasn’t clean and there was no TV. Someone kept knocking on the door repeatedly, too. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and the room should cost Rs. 100.
