The rooms and location are nice, though the place is only halfway constructed. The door hangers and locks aren’t there, but it’s manageable. The owner was too rude, and the management is as bad as it gets. Whatever amount you book at, they’ll charge more for the room. You can book directly if you’re okay paying 800-1200 per night. Don’t use Agoda or Oyo, since they don’t honor those bookings and ask for more cash instead.
I only stopped here for a short break before catching my evening bus, but I couldn’t rest through a two-hour power cut with no backup. The owner was very money minded and wanted me to cancel the booking and pay cash at the hotel. There’s no kitchen, and outside food can’t be ordered, so the only choice is food through their contact hotel. It was pathetic.
After I’d fully paid and received confirmation for four rooms, the hotel said the amount wasn’t enough and demanded more. They were highly irresponsible and unprofessional. I was traveling with a group and had taken responsibility for everyone, so I stayed, but they could only offer three rooms. I asked them to add at least one bed in a room and they agreed, but after multiple calls they didn’t follow through. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
The booking clearly listed an AC room, but the hotel wouldn’t provide it without charging an extra Rs200. The room wasn’t worth the rate, but it was night and I had no other option, so I stayed. I want the extra amount returned.
They denied check-in and asked for money to give us rooms. There was no service, response, or facility, and no platform could help with getting us checked in. This is fake. Don’t book here, whether you’re traveling with family, alone, or as a couple.
