The rooms and ambience are quite nice. They should be quicker with service, especially when cleaning properly and putting down dry door mats.

Parking is just a public area out front, with cows and buffaloes and the smell of cow dung all around. Inside, the place was extremely dirty. The sheets and pillow covers looked like they hadn't been changed for weeks, the toilet was filthy, garbage was left in the room, and cockroaches came out from under the bed. They didn't even provide bottled water, just RO water, which I don't trust. I think the good reviews are paid for or have some other reason.

Rats were running around the room and on the bed, so my wife and I had to leave in the middle of the night. When I told the receptionist, he casually said I could complain online or sleep in the same room. It was mentally harassing, and we had to urgently book somewhere else at a very late hour. The place felt so fishy and unsafe that I couldn't even ask for a refund.

For a low budget, this can work for an overnight stop opposite Ambala bus stand, near Ambala Cantt bus stand. The rooms aren't maintained well and the amenities aren't good. If your budget allows, pick another option.
