This was my third stay here over the past few years. I was with family for two days, and we'd stay again. The location and ambience are very good, and the staff are cooperative. There's limited parking, but enough for three or four cars. The room was spacious and had amenities like a TV and AC.

I checked out today from room 105, completely disappointed with the hotel Excel executive/services. I paid ₹350 for breakfast, but it was the same four items every day, and they were delayed until after 8.30 AM. There was no teleservice option for ordering food or anything else. Drinking water wasn't available, and I used the same unclean towels for three days. The hotel was in very bad condition and service was poor. The reviews seemed completely fake. A total waste of money. Please avoid this hotel.

The room was so dirty that even staying one night was difficult. The Excel Hotel executive was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. There was no basic courtesy or hospitality. Instead of helping, they spoke arrogantly and made the stay uncomfortable and embarrassing. This place fails at treating guests with respect. I strongly wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values dignity, professionalism, or customer service.

The location is the only good thing about this property. There’s no restaurant, and they didn't provide the required water bottles, towels, or soap. The rooms weren't very clean either. I found cockroaches under the bed.
