Cleanliness was okay, but the electricity kept cutting out and there was no view from the room. The food was below average, the staff were arrogant, and the service was very poor. Getting around was difficult because there wasn't a proper transport system. Everything was priced very high. We had a really bad experience, and I'd give this hotel negative stars if I could.

Cleanliness was the only good thing about this stay. The location wasn't great, the staff were lazy, and there was no real hospitality. They didn't take my complaint seriously when the Wi-Fi failed. They told me it had been serviced, but I could see the router hadn't even been moved. One of the worst experiences.

The room was the only good part. The staff were unprofessional, there was no hospitality or room service, and the food was the worst quality. I would never recommend this hotel.

Tea wasn't available until 8:30 in the morning, and there was no Wi-Fi. The backup power was a major problem, and there wasn't even water for an evening bath. The service was very bad. This was my worst hotel stay so far, a horrible experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We were served stale chapati, and it didn't taste good either. The service was very bad. I wouldn't recommend this place.
