We stayed here on 24.05.26 with my whole family, and it was a horrible experience. The room was in very poor condition, and the bathroom was even worse. The AC was bad too. Maintenance overall was far below standard, and it seemed they hadn't checked things properly before handing the room to a guest. Please don't stay here. The staff's behavior was no good.
The lawn was nice, and the toiletries were adequate, but the room was a nightmare. The AC never worked, and brown tape wrapped around the bathroom geyser made me worry about getting shocked. I wouldn't really recommend this place.
I didn't stay at the hotel, but the bar was fourth-rate. The snacks were limited and poor quality, and although they have a bar license, they refused to serve 30 ml. A really bad experience.
The stay was friendly and pleasant, thanks in part to the very helpful staff. The rooms could use a more careful check, though. Some latches were missing, the bathroom lights were fused, and a few locks were faulty.
The food tastes really good, and Manager Thapa Ji is always there to provide good service. Definitely worth trying.
