Hotel Grace Inn

The in-house vegetarian restaurant was well kept, and the food was very tasty with good service. Rooms were also well maintained, fine for a couple of days, with room service available. There is open parking, and an extra bed can be arranged for a charge. This is a budget hotel in a commercial building with offices and shops, near Rajapeth police station, so it gets a bit crowded on weekdays. Shri Anbal devi and shrimp Ekavir devi temples are both very close. Take a 🛺 to visit them, since the lanes are narrow and driving and parking can be difficult.

The staff's indifference made the experience worse. They didn't seem interested in handling complaints professionally, and offered no apology. I wouldn't recommend Grace Inn Restaurant if you're after a pleasant meal. It wasn't worth my time or money.

I was there as a guest for a Rotary Club meeting, not as someone staying at the hotel. The food served was absolutely delicious, and the staff were professional and quick with the service. A great venue for meetings and events.

There was no real sense of hospitality. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and even straightforward requests took ages to deal with.
