Hotel Rangoli Pearl

The only real bright spot was that room service could provide alcohol. After we raised the problems, they did change our room, which I appreciated. But the late-night noise was a lot: other guests stayed loud until midnight, and children kept banging on our door. That’s unacceptable at a hotel charging among the city’s higher prices. Despite the premium rate, our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in late. It was extremely small, with no water bottles or towels. The bathroom window wouldn’t close, and the table glass was broken, signs of poor upkeep.

Breakfast was average, and the restaurant staff had a bad attitude and were rude. The rooms were very dirty and the staff rude as well. Maybe this was once a good hotel, but these days nobody seems to look after maintenance or service. I’ve been a couple of times and won’t return.

The service was poor and unprofessional, and after the meal we all felt nauseous. I’d gone for dinner with my family and specifically asked for fresh, non-spicy food. What arrived was spicy and bad.

There’s no network here, and staff who take money don’t even know the WiFi password. There’s no service, and none of the food had any taste. The staff act like they own the place, and we had to deal with so many rude people. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
