We had a great stay in Mumbai for a friend's wedding, and it was good value for the money. The security was amazing, the location was great, the room was a good size, the staff were friendly, and the food was good too. The internet was a little poor to use. Room and toilet cleaning could be better, and more toiletries should be provided for longer stays.

This place works well for families and friends, with very friendly staff and top notch service. Mr Raju Paul is especially helpful and understands the challenges faced by relatives of patients at Fortis hospital Mulund. Since the hotel is right across from the hospital, it's a very convenient place for families to stay while caring for someone there. Highly recommended.

I’ve been here about a week in an Executive room, and the traffic on Mulund Link road is surprisingly inaudible even though the hotel sits right beside it, opposite Fortis hospital. The room has plenty of space for luggage, good lighting, and a huge window, about 10/12 x 8 feet, looking out onto trees and, if you want, the steady traffic. The furniture is thoughtfully set up, with two desks, two nice chairs, and a teapoy. There’s a small fridge and an electric kettle, but no tea bags or coffee. There’s a cupboard but no lockable safe, which is why I’m giving four stars rather than five. The AC kept running, unlike at some Indian hotels where it gets switched off for a few hours overnight. The bathroom is really nice, with hot and cold water around the clock. Staff have been courteous and helpful. Breakfast comes with the stay and is good, though there are no dosas. There’s also a full restaurant serving both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. I’m a tourist from the US.

The ambience is excellent, and both the service and food quality are really good. The chicken cheese pattice was especially yummy. A place worth visiting.
