The price is way too high for what you get, and the customer service is terrible. The staff show no hospitality. The TV doesn’t work, the landline is dead, and the lift only works sometimes. The rooms are extremely unhygienic, with cockroaches of all sizes crawling around, so it’s really uncomfortable to stay here. Even a bottle clearly marked ₹9 was charged at ₹10. A total waste of money. For this price, you should be able to expect proper service, cleanliness, and basic hospitality, all of which are missing.

The photos they posted are misleading. My room was dirty, and the bedsheets and towel smelled bad. There was no hot water, the bathroom sink had no water pressure, and there wasn’t even a TV in the room. The fan regulator didn’t work either, so the fan was either at full speed or off. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had, and I don’t recommend it.

There was no power from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the hotel had no backup. The room also hadn’t been cleaned properly. Even though I’d told them my check-in time when booking, they made me wait three hours in the lobby. A really bad experience. They need to improve everything.

I checked out immediately after checking in because the room wasn’t safe or hygienic. The door wouldn’t lock securely, and insects were all over the room. I documented and reported the problems right away. In practical and legal terms, the accommodation wasn’t fit to use, so staying wasn’t an option. Despite these serious, objective defects and the resulting obligation to refund an unusable room, they offered no appropriate refund, leaving me to book another hotel.

It’s affordable and only a 15-20 minute walk from the international airport, which is very convenient if you just need somewhere to sleep nearby. The room wasn’t very clean, the mattress didn’t seem properly washed, and apart from the entrance the property felt old and worn. They didn’t provide towels or toiletries, which was inconvenient. It’s on a lane with many other hotels, so there isn’t much privacy. A cheap, convenient option, but don’t expect modern amenities or cleanliness standards.
