The checkout dispute left me with a very poor impression of Hotel Aapel Inn. We were told at check-in that it would cost ₹1500 through 11 AM, or ₹1000 if we left by 8 AM. In the morning, staff switched to saying the fee was charged by the hour, something they hadn't made clear before. The service was poor, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The amount we paid didn't feel justified, and the unclear pricing made it seem as if guests could be confused into paying more at checkout. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Management needs to address staff behaviour and communicate prices honestly and clearly.

The rate on Agoda was ₹1450 for one room, but when we arrived to check in, they asked for another ₹1,000. They don't accept bookings made through websites and demand extra payment after you get there. Avoid booking online, including through Agoda.

I paid the full amount through Agoda, but they wouldn't let me check in and didn't cancel the booking either, saying they had an issue with Agoda. The way they handled it was rude and badly managed.

The rooms are on the small side, though clean and big enough for one person or a couple. Food was good, and service came quickly. It's a budget-friendly place with half-day stays available. Being centrally located also made it easy to get to the metro, local trains and market. I had a great stay and would plan another visit.

We were given one price at check-in and another at checkout. Staff said it was ₹1500 until 11 AM, or ₹1000 for leaving by 8 AM, then in the morning claimed the fee was per hour. That hadn't been clearly explained. The poor service and rude, unhelpful staff made the charge feel even less justified. Pricing needs to be clear, and management should improve how staff treat and communicate with guests. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Aapel Inn.
