The location is in a great area, which makes this convenient if you just need a basic place to stay. My room was simple, clean and comfortable for the night. Still, ₹2600-3000 feels steep to me, and I think ₹1500-2000 per night would be fairer. Service was average, while the food was overpriced and not very good. There are plenty of decent restaurants within a 50-meter walk, so I'd look around for meals.

I had to give it one star because the site wouldn't let me leave feedback without choosing one. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai. The rooms were nothing like the online photos: dirty and unhygienic, with cockroaches and other insects, a bad smell, a damaged door knob, and a filthy bed with stains and some kind of insects. There were TV remotes but no TV. The staff were unprofessional and showed little hospitality. The owner or manager didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction either. Even after I showed proof that the room was overpriced compared with the online prices, he refused to refund even a small amount.

The rooms are very dirty for what they charge. The AC and locker don't work properly, and cockroaches get everywhere. They even charge for bottled water. Be careful with this hotel. I can't recommend it.

It was my first time in Mumbai, and this was the worst experience I've had. The average room cost far too much, and everything was dirty, from the bedsheets to the rest of the room. There were insects and cockroaches everywhere.

Worst place I've ever stayed, mate. There were problems with checkout times and food, and breakfast wasn't proper. I won't come back.
