Fabhotel Prime Land

We paid a lot and got rooms that weren’t worth it. They moved us after the first room, which had Deemak and a cockroach, but the second room still had a nonworking phone and Wi-Fi. Service wasn’t up to the mark either. There was water leaking from the washbasin, constant blockage in the bathroom, and a few times the water stopped coming altogether. The location is terrible, near granite and marble factories, and it doesn’t feel like a tourist area. Very bad hotel, 1/10.

The stay at Hotel Prime Land, Mumbai ruined my holiday. I paid ₹4800+ for two rooms for one day, plus ₹750 for early check-in, but never got a receipt. I booked through agoda Hotels and had paid an advance, yet the support team was unreachable, the hotel contact number I received was invalid, and staff seemed unprofessional. It felt like the manager was doing me a favor. At check-in, the lifts weren’t working and the stairs were too high. The rooms were dirty, small, had no windows, and one bed was broken. Bedsheets, towels and the blanket cover were dirty too. The commode pan had yellowish staining all around, and the bathroom was extremely unhygienic. The pictures are attached. The team didn’t respond or provide proper help, leaving us frustrated. It was a very disappointing, stressful experience, and I wouldn’t suggest booking any Fab hotel in future.

The hotel and rooms are amazing, clean, and conveniently near LBS Road Sion (west) kurla. All the staff provided good service, and both managers behaved well with guests.

For 7k for three days, it just wasn’t worth the money. The rooms were dirty, there was no AC remote, and basic things like towels were missing or unavailable. There were no windows either, so you couldn’t tell if it was day or night.
