The room at FabHotel Platinum Inn was tiny, around 7x7 ft, and I couldn’t even open my luggage properly. At 5'10", I found the roughly 5.5 ft bed too short to sleep comfortably. The locality and room conditions were so poor that I checked out within a few hours. Staff didn’t help with my luggage at either check-in or checkout, so I carried my bags myself both times. I had to pay out of pocket to book another hotel. I strongly urge Fabhotel to take strict action and consider delisting this property to protect future customers. I wouldn’t recommend it at all, especially to families because of the locality. Very disappointing.

I left FabHotel Platinum Inn within a few hours because the conditions and locality were extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families. A very disappointing stay.

Poor hygiene, unprofessional staff, and terrible customer handling. They added room service charges without telling me beforehand and wanted far too much for just three extra hours. This lodge seems focused on extracting money. Avoid it unless surprise bills and arguments are your thing.

I left FabHotel Platinum Inn after three hours because the conditions were so poor. The room was around 7x7 ft, with no room to open my luggage, and the bed was only about 5.5 ft long, uncomfortable for my 5'10" height. Water came out of the tap so slowly that filling a bucket took 10-15 minutes. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t carry my bags at check-in or checkout. I raised the issues with reception and EaseMyTrip customer care, but neither offered help or a resolution. I had to pay for another hotel myself. I strongly urge EaseMyTrip to take action and consider delisting this property to protect future customers. I wouldn’t recommend it. Very disappointing.

The lift didn’t work, the toilets weren’t clean, the blankets were awful, and the staff were bad. They also charged me extra for no reason. I had a really good stay at a Fab hotel in Panvel, but this one was terrible. This was my worst stay, and I won’t book another Fab hotel.
