FabHotel Phoenix International Kurla

Hotel Phoenix International isn't there at that location. There are two other hotels in its place.

It's a good hotel and very close to Phoenix Market City mall. The rooms are nice, though a little smaller than I expected. They should be fine for a short trip. Breakfast could be more filling. They offer just one item, unlike other Treebo hotels, so that could be improved.

The staff were helpful, breakfast was good, and the interior ambience was nice. It's manageable for solo travelers, with restaurants and food options near Phoenix Market City, and about 4 km from the Mumbai, US Consulate. Rooms are small, as expected in Mumbai. Ventilation is the biggest issue. There's no fresh air, and if someone smokes, the smell lingers for a long time. They try to cover it with sprays, and sometimes there's also a bitter, bad odor. During our stay, the power was out for over four hours. They moved us to another room, but it was dusty and had mosquitoes. With small children, the lack of fresh air could make the room feel suffocating, so this may not be a good choice.

The staff coordination was poor, and the locality was horrible. I wasn't told that construction work was going on, and I was misled about the location. They gave my room to other people because staff assumed I was leaving for another hotel. The rooms cost too much for what's provided, and the bathroom was extremely small.
