The second-floor rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with plenty of vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants within walking distance. Staff were courteous and cooperative. I asked to move to a higher floor and they arranged it without questions. It's on a busy main street in an easy-to-reach, safe location for solo travelers, just meters from the metro bridge. The entrance is small and might be hard to spot from a moving car. You have to take stairs to the first floor, where reception and three rooms are; more rooms are on the second floor.

The area nearby feels like a slum, and constant railway noise makes it hard to sleep properly. The rooms and washrooms are very small, and cleanliness is poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Please don't book it.

I've never had such a bad experience. I booked a room at aiston hotel through the goibibo website, paid the full amount, and had a confirmed booking. But when I arrived at the check-in desk, they asked me to pay more for the stay. I don't know why, since I'd already paid goibibo in full. In the end, they didn't give me the full stay I had booked or return my money. Very bad experience.

We booked the hotel online for 3 hours, but when we arrived they told us to cancel the booking. After 2 hours, staff kept knocking and said we'd only booked for 2 hours. They disturbed us and forced us out after 2 hours instead of 3. Very disappointing. Never recommend it, don't visit even by mistake.

My colleague and I wasted time and Uber money getting here, then left and stayed at another hotel. They tripled the price and kept raising it, saying first that I had to pay more because I'm a foreigner, then that I had to pay more because I was staying with a local. One of the most unpleasant experiences of my time in India. Terrible place. Do not go here, they are scammers.
