Hotel Airport Metro

We booked through OYO expecting basic standards, but arrived to find the front area dug up. Staff sent us through the backyard kitchen, which was dirty and unhygienic. We were traveling with family and a small child, and the room was so filthy that I had to sweep it myself with a broom because I was worried about my toddler's safety. The bedsheets hadn't been cleaned, the washroom was in terrible condition, and repeated requests didn't get even basic cleaning. From the outside, the property looks newly renovated, but inside it feels like a 50-year-old rundown building. The staff also insisted we pay in full on Day 1 even though the booking was “Pay at Hotel.” It felt like they did this so guests couldn't cancel after seeing the place. No one should book this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend any OYO property in Mumbai after this experience. They're overcharging for terrible service and zero hygiene. Avoid this place and save your money, time, and peace of mind.

We booked for two days and had a really bad experience. The Google pictures look good, but the old, illegal building is at the back and only the front-facing part has been repaired. It smelled terrible inside, like dead mice. The rooms were as small as shown in the pictures, the fan and AC didn't work, and the towels were torn and poorly washed. Toiletries weren't provided. I wouldn't even give it one star 😐

We stayed November 13-14, and the room was tiny and filthy. I don't think the bedsheets or pillow covers are ever washed. The bathroom was like a train toilet, and the cockroaches and worms in the bedsheet made me feel like vomiting. Maybe severe drunkards would be okay with it, but not normal people. Oyo has lost its credibility anyway.

The check-in was delayed, the room wasn't maintained, and the service level didn't justify the high price. They even charge extra for drinking water. Bad experience.
