The food was awesome and delicious, and the cleaning and accessories were excellent. The service was a little slow and fell short of the mark, though. Rooms are smaller than average, but the hotel is in a good area and the facilities are good. It’s a handy choice for a business trip and travel around the area.

The property was excellent value for money during my visit to NESCO, and I had a great stay. Prathamesh Gohad from sales was a great help. I’ll definitely visit again!

The repeated trouble with the key cards made this stay especially frustrating. They kept deactivating, almost every day, so after a long day I had to return to the front desk again and again to get access to my room. It was inconvenient and exhausting. The room’s cleanliness was unacceptable too. The bedding was visibly dirty, with stains that looked like blood and didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly. It left me seriously concerned about the hotel’s hygiene. There was also a cattle farm nearby, and the persistent manure smell made the surroundings very unpleasant and affected my comfort. For the price, this fell far below acceptable standards for cleanliness, the environment and basic management. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel or stay here again.

For what I paid, the room felt like a basic lodge charging premium rates. It wasn’t worth the money, and there are better nearby options. Even some non-branded hotels offer better service and facilities for the same or less. Since Ginger is part of Tata IHCL, I’d expected a higher standard of hospitality and quality. I was here for one day on official business. The room was very small, with a queen-size bed, and there was no floor mat or cupboard or proper storage. Toiletries were sparse, and the bathroom towels looked old and worn. There was just one power plug point, while the TV seemed awkwardly placed and too large for the room. I wouldn’t recommend booking this property without rethinking it.
