Ginger Mumbai Andheri (MIDC)

The room I had was spacious, clean and nice, and the hotel suited my preferences. The price seemed high, though Mumbai is usually expensive. Mr Shubham Ghosh, Mr Naveen, Ma'am Tanisha and Ma'am Aishwarya were a big help at breakfast, and the food was really good. The hotel ambience has been good so far, and it’s a good place for this location.

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and there was a good selection at breakfast. Tanisha helped us there; she picked up on what we needed quickly and was prompt with the live-counter food and service. We did have a small problem with the hot water, but Ayush came within a few minutes and sorted it out efficiently.

I spent two months here, and the support from the team made it feel like home away from home. Lakshmi and Saswati at the front desk were welcoming and professional, and quick to help with whatever I needed. Raju from housekeeping kept the room very clean and well cared for. Naveen was courteous in the restaurant and made sure the food and service stayed consistently good. Everyone’s hospitality made my long stay comfortable and hassle-free. I’d recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

For around 10k a night, I expected a lot better as a first-time guest. The room was spacious and otherwise fine, but it had some kind of smell and I couldn’t work out where it came from. The towel wasn’t clean, the washroom didn’t seem very hygienic, and the phone intercom didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend it or come back unless I had no other hotel option in an emergency.
