Fabhotel Poco Loco

The location was the only good thing. We booked room 505, a premium room with a massage chair, which was nice. But the room and bathroom were worn and poorly maintained, with an uneven, overused coir bed and dirty sheets, pillow cover, and towels. They replaced the linens only after we complained. Don’t rely on the website photos. The sales representatives were useless, with no communication between them and the hotel. We’d requested an early check-in through Sales 15-20 days before booking, but they never told the hotel. The receptionist oddly didn’t want to speak directly with their own sales team, and they first gave us the wrong room, which was even worse than the one we stayed in. I didn’t like the experience and definitely won’t book again.

Our team had a corporate booking, and we occupied almost all the rooms. The rooms were dark and horrifying, the beds were full of bedbugs, and the washroom was a terror. None of the taps worked, there was no hot water, and the AC wasn’t working properly. Don’t be taken in by the Fab branding. This doesn’t deserve even a 1 star rating. The

The room was unhygienic, and I didn't feel the stay was worth what I paid. Staff were uncooperative and unprofessional, and even basic things like laundry service and a dental kit weren't available. A very disappointing experience.

The beds had bed bugs, and the bathroom fittings were broken. The room ACs weren't working either. These rooms really need renovating.
