They actually said they “don't welcome foreigners.” That was unacceptable and disgraceful. The staff were rude, openly unaccommodating, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Every interaction felt like we were doing them a favor by staying there. No apology, no solution, no accountability, just indifference to complaints and a shocking lack of customer service. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and hygiene clearly isn't a priority. Manas Residency, “Classy Stay” is anything but classy. Save yourself the discomfort, frustration, and insult. Don't stay here. Plenty of places understand cleanliness, professionalism, and respect. This is NOT one of them.

The rooms are unclean and unhygienic, with cockroaches roaming freely. When we complained, we got arrogance instead of solutions, and the feeling was that they simply don't care. The owner should be deeply disappointed, since the staff are damaging his reputation and losing him business with their pathetic service and shitty attitude. Their customer service is rude, arrogant, and outright revolting. Staff act as if guests are an inconvenience instead of the reason they have jobs. There's zero professionalism or accountability, and they shouldn't be in hospitality if this is how they treat paying guests. Absolutely disgusting at Manas Residency, Chembur. Stay anywhere else. This place is a complete waste of money and peace of mind.

After a couple of bad rooms, we got one that was a bit better, though the bedsheets still had slightly yellowish stains and there were cockroaches. The TV wouldn't start, the Wi-Fi was poor, the bathroom wasn't clean, and there were strange smells. The first room was small and had a damaged, terrible window AC. The next one had an empty gas wall AC with no cool air at all. Don't choose this place. Look elsewhere, especially if you're a family. They charge so much for this.

The bathroom stays wet because the plumbing is bad, and the fans are dirty. Sheets were stained and dirty with patches, and the pillows had hair on them, so it didn't look like the bed was cleaned. There are cockroaches everywhere, and there are no basic room functions.
