Aromas Hotel @ Mumbai

I paid ₹1590 for a six-hour booking at Artus Hotel, and I was very disappointed. The facilities weren't worth that amount. The room was in poor shape, with damp walls, a bad smell, and lighting that didn't work. The TV remote was useless too because its batteries were dead. It felt like a waste of money, and I'm asking for a refund.

We arrived at Hotel Artusinn MIDC Andheri East to check in after booking through Agoda, but the staff were rude and uncooperative. They kept pushing us to cancel instead of helping, then told us to contact Agoda for the refund. It was late at night, so we had to find another hotel and spend extra, even though we'd already paid for this booking. Afterward, both the hotel and Agoda hid behind “policy” and refused to resolve it properly. The staff's behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. This hotel gave no value to our time, money, or trust. Please don't book here.

It's just a place to spend the night, and you shouldn't expect service. Staff behavior was average, and they didn't provide drinking water or even a phone in the room. The hotel is in a residential area, far from public transport, and the location felt a bit scary at night. I wouldn't recommend it for families. Maybe bachelors could manage if hygiene and location don't matter and the price is cheap. The AC was broken, the rooms smelled of smoke, and ventilation was poor. Bedsheets weren't clean, towels smelled bad, and the hotel had construction work going on. Cupboards were broken, and the walls had damaged paint and water stains.

I wish I could give a negative rating. The room was unhygienic and in such poor condition that I couldn't recommend staying overnight. The bedsheets and pillows were stained, and there were carpet worms on the bed. Changing rooms didn't help, the next one was in the same condition.
