For the price, I expected more. The room was very small, and a strong smell from the toilet gave me a headache. Noise from the passage came right into the room at night and kept disturbing my sleep. I had to call reception three times just to get toilet paper, so the service was disappointing too. I'd rate the stay 2 out of 5. Cleanliness, noise control, and service all need work.

The room was good and the cleaning was excellent. Check-in and check-out both went smoothly, handled by the receptionist from UP, Singh. I watched him deal with customers for nearly an hour, and he was impressive. He managed everything on his own and responded so well that even staff at big five-star brands might not handle things as well. I was heading in a cab toward Mira Road East after thinking I'd book another airport hotel, then suddenly changed my mind and asked the driver to take me to ARNNA HOTEL, just 1 km away. The driver was surprised because I'd named another hotel earlier. I'm a devotee of LORD SHIVA, and maybe that's why my thoughts changed. I saw the temple inside the hotel and first thought it was Lord Ganesh Ji's Temple, but later understood it was Lord Shiva Temple. *Akshat Shetty ji*, it's an amazing hotel. Anyone coming from Bengaluru, I'd recommend this one. I thought it was a premium hotel at a budget price in Mumbai.

The rooms were clean and well kept, with the basic amenities, and the staff were polite, responsive, and ready to help. It felt safe and welcoming, and the fresh, tasty food was a plus. The atmosphere is simple but warm, and the location is convenient. A comfortable, good value option for a short or longer stay in Mumbai.

The breakfast was so delicious, and dining, the rooms, and check-in all made for a wonderful stay. The staff were lovely and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. God bless you all. I highly recommend this place.

The food is comforting and goes well with the drinks. Beer pitchers are ₹499, LIIT is ₹335, and wine starts at ₹99, so you can stay and enjoy yourself without worrying much about the bill. It's a cozy, relaxed, low-key spot in Goregaon. Saving it for an easy night out. 🫶🍻
