Treebo Baby Pearl

The only good thing is that the building has a lift. Our Oak room was so small we could barely walk with our luggage on the floor, and there were no wardrobes or hangers. Half the electricals didn't work, bathroom fixtures were broken, and the kettle was too dirty to make tea or coffee. Room service was late, and breakfast was cold and low quality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We stayed here twice with family and had a pleasant experience both times. The front desk and service staff are friendly, kind, helpful, and available around the clock. The rooms and washrooms are clean. An in-house restaurant would make the stay more convenient for guests. Please keep up the good service.

Housekeeping was good, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained, and I had a nice experience overall.

I booked two nights but left after just one. The hotel is outside the main city, the rooms are tiny and awful, and the food quality was terrible. The worst hotel experience of my life. I'm sure you'll regret it too.
