The staff were extremely courteous and supportive, and when I called for cleaning, it was taken care of right away. My room was neat, clean and well maintained. The TV, refrigerator, hair dryer and geyser all worked properly. A very good stay for the money.

The room had no fan. Staff refused to give us two table fans and provided just one. The flooring wasn’t finished, and there was cement in the balcony. They said the room had been cleaned before check-in, but it was much too dirty. Worst hotel.

This felt like a complete scam. The property we arrived at was nothing like the pictures on the booking sites, and it had a different name in person. On Agoda, Booking, Goibibo and other sites, it’s listed as "Himalayan Fort Resort" with luxurious photos that immediately catch your eye. When we got there, staff gave random excuses about the name and the mismatch. Don’t fall for it. Search for "Himalayan Fort Resort" on Google Maps and tell me if you can find it. If you do, I’ll take down this review.

The rooms and facilities were in very poor condition and not worth the price. The online location details are misleading, and the photos don’t match the actual property. It felt like false advertising and made for a very disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
