Banjara Heritage

The staff were friendly and their behavior was really nice. We enjoyed the rooftop cafe view, and the food was good in both quality and quantity. Breakfast was very nice, with vegetarian choices and non-veg egg options. We booked a deluxe suite, and it honestly exceeded my expectations.

Pushpender Singh at the Sun n Moon rooftop was very kind and gave excellent service. The reception team, especially Gajendra and Bhim Singh, were helpful and polite too. Room service was good, everything was well managed, and we really appreciated the hospitality.

Jagdish and Banke Bihari temples are right across from the hotel, and Gangaur Ghat is about a five-minute walk away. Bagore Ki Haveli is next to the ghat and worth a visit. The rooms were clean and well maintained, staff were supportive, and we enjoyed the food at the rooftop bar and restaurant, Sun N Moon. In-house guests get a 15% discount there. I had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend the place, despite the congested approach road. Cars can’t reach the hotel directly, so you’ll need an auto-rickshaw from the nearest parking area. It’s best to contact the hotel for directions from there. Banjara Heritage, Banjara Retreat, and Udaipur Niwas are names for the same place, which can make directions confusing. Mentioning Sun N Moon Restaurant usually helps auto drivers and locals recognize it.

The location was excellent, with everywhere easy to reach on foot. Ankit was very helpful. I stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room’s ambience impressed me, and it was well organized when I arrived. The linens were fresh and smelled good, and the toilet was clean. Nice stay.
