Country Inn Premier Amritsar

With a hungry, cranky toddler, we asked for our order to be taken quickly. The other staff member did take it, but there was still no sign of food. The restaurant manager in particular ignored us and didn't take our order. The staff were very casual in their approach, and I was very disappointed with the manager. I wouldn't recommend suncb inhospitable hotel.

The front desk and housekeeping teams were attentive, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated their hospitality. I spent two nights at Country Inn Premier, Amritsar, and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, well maintained, and had everything I needed. The location is close to the main attractions but still peaceful when you want downtime. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Amritsar.

We booked two rooms for our family, and cleanliness and service were poor. I had to ask for everything. After I had the sheets changed, I found a cockroach in the room. They moved me to another room, where the bedding was used, so that had to be changed too. There was body wash but no shampoo or conditioner, and when I asked, I was told to use the body wash as shampoo. I also had to request bathroom slippers, and there were no hand towels. The breakfast selection could have been better, and the room temperature wasn't maintained. If you're paying this much, you deserve what you paid for. They need to improve.

Riya at the restaurant was especially warm and friendly, and the whole team made everything easy and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay. The welcoming staff made the place feel relaxing and enjoyable. Best wishes.
