The location on Mall Road in Amritsar is very good, close to the bus stand and railway station. The staff were good, and the clean rooms smelled nice. They're huge and beautiful, with big washrooms, a geyser, and a bathtub. The place lived up to the photos. Breakfast is a buffet. It meets expectations, though it could use an upgrade.
It's Downtown Suites in name and in reality, with only suite rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, almost like home, and the staff are well behaved. Food quality is good, and if you book through OYO, there's a complimentary buffet breakfast. Clean surroundings and parking too. A good affordable place to stay in Amritsar.
The restaurant is small, but the food was good and they made it to our requirements. The staff at both the restaurant and hotel were really good. Rooms are big and have the basics, including AC, nice mattresses, a sofa, table, and television, though they could be cleaner. The bathrooms weren't very clean either. It's okay for the money, but a little hard to find down a small lane.
The location in Jaipur's most posh area was awesome, and it was good value for money. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service was very good. The staff were courteous, and we had a really nice time. I'd definitely recommend it. For any inquiries, follow me on Instagram: itsgurisidhu.
The staff are courteous and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is nice, with different choices each day. The main drawback is that they only accept cash, with no card option. Paytm is available, though I'm not sure people will have large amounts in their wallets. The rooms could also be better maintained, especially the cleaning and regular bedsheet changes.
