Our family stayed for two days in this newly built hotel. It was neat and clean, with pleasant rooms that had no smell and got sunlight. The rooms were very nice, and the price was much cheaper than other hotels. We had a pleasant stay and an amazing experience. Service was very good, and the staff, including the polite, cooperative reception boy, were lovely. He used to give us two complimentary bottles of water. It's very close to the Golden Temple and Jallianwalla Bagh, and car parking was available.

Everything else was good, but the reception staff need to learn how to speak to guests. They had no manners.

The room and service were awful. The sheets were dirty and there were no towels. Paying Rs 3400 for two rooms and not getting basic services isn't acceptable.

They took my online booking but didn’t give me a room. The commitment was completely wrong, and the staff were extremely rude and useless.

The staff were really nice and behaved very well. It’s also very close to the Golden Temple.
