The room was just okay, and check-in was a bit difficult. The broken windows meant there wasn't full privacy, and the water supply wasn't working. Not a good experience.

Don't choose this hotel. The rooms and their condition are awful, and the service boys seem like sanitary laborers.

The manager was very nice by nature, and the hotel is in an amazing location. The room was very clean, and the service was top-notch.

The receptionist was irresponsible, and there was no security or water available. They were always asleep and wouldn't answer calls. This was the worst OYO I've come across in all my hotel bookings.

I really liked it. The hotel was fabulous and clean, and the service was mind-blowing.
