Heaven Blu Hotel & Resort

We came from Delhi for my brother’s wedding and spent four days here for the functions. The owner was especially cooperative, and the whole experience was very good for our family and guests. Staff, food, decorations, music, and rooms were all good and clean. I’m fully satisfied with the service and would recommend it.

The hotel looks good inside and out, but service was poor and selective. There weren’t enough waiters, and the valet parking staff were neither professional nor polite.

The food from the hotel’s cook was tasty and good quality, and the staff were very cooperative. The place is comfortable for weddings and other gatherings, with a large dining hall, a well-kept lawn, and underground parking.

Mr Thakur, the property’s MD, is customer-focused and has plenty of hospitality experience. The banquet hall can seat up to 300 people, and you can arrange DJ, decorations, and even customize the menu all in one place.
