Dt- 25 tp 27 Jan'26 Our dairy creamer was past its expiry date, which made me wonder about the products used in the kitchen too. Breakfast was refused because we arrived about 30 minutes late while packing as directed by our tour manager. Staff said the side buffet had closed and they couldn't provide breakfast, tea, or coffee. Terrible service. 😡

It's on the main GT Road, though a little away from the Golden Temple area. The hotel is quite new, and I hope they keep it in good condition. The value was good, service was good, and check-in was smooth. I've already planned another visit in the coming days and hope the stay is just as good.

The location is too far from the tourist spots, and the food wasn't up to standard for either taste or quality. Toiletries weren't provided, and I had to call room service for every item, even water and a towel. The bathroom also had drainage problems.

We were disappointed by the unprofessional staff and especially the manager, whose behavior and work ethics need attention. Even things we had asked about before booking weren't provided, including water and a dental kit. The bathroom had drainage problems too. A terrible experience at Diamond Creek Hotel in Amritsar. Never coming back.

A good budget option with roomy rooms, clean linens, quick Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. I liked the restaurant food too. It was cleaner than the other hotels I'd stayed at.
