Mango Hill Central Ooty

At Mango Hill Central, we found the food delicious and the menu varied, while the service took care of every little detail and went beyond what we expected. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind. Staff were courteous, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand with a smile. It felt like a home away from home. A peaceful, comfortable place that I’d happily recommend. Looking forward to another visit.

The dinner was average, though they listened to our feedback and made an effort to improve it, which I appreciated. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were helpful and cooperative. The location is convenient, about 2 km from the railway station and bus stand. The washroom was clean and the linens were fine, but the rooms weren’t well maintained and could have been better. Still, it was a good experience overall.

I’ve just returned from a good stay here. The reception team were nice and very helpful, but a special shout out goes to kitchen staff Dinesh and Pratemesh. They were attentive and focused on service, and Dinesh even helped customize my dinner. Iyer, the security person, was helpful and knowledgeable too. Worth a visit.

Breakfast was a highlight for us: the menu was lovely, the food was good quality, hygienic, and served on time. Thanks to Mr. Dinesh and chef karthick vishva for making it so good. Mercy at reception and Manager Mr. Muthu were humble, helpful, and supportive, and gave us accurate information about places and transport. At the front office, Rohit and Chirag responded immediately whenever we needed help. Everyone was kind and supportive. We had a happy, peaceful stay at Mango hill central.
