Hotel GN Pride

The staff made check-in easy and were warm and welcoming throughout the stay. I'd emailed ahead to mention my sister’s birthday, and they surprised us with a small cake. Such a thoughtful gesture.

The staff were polite and the location was good. We booked two rooms, and one of them was clean. But the hotel seemed overbooked, so when we arrived the rooms weren't available. They did their best to find rooms for us, but we waited two hours. The room they gave us was a lower category than we'd booked, and it took several calls to the owner to get the higher category room. The other room hadn't been cleaned at all. Its sheet and blanket were dirty and had hair on them, so we called staff to replace them at midnight. The hotel was okay and the staff's manner was fine, but we lost our peace of mind as soon as we got there.

I stayed here for one night and had a bad experience. The washroom wasn't working properly, the hot water supply wasn't reliable, and I also had security concerns.

I stayed here for two nights recently, and it was the worst. The hotel has no parking area, though the description says safe parking. They overcharge clients and offer no service. There's no in-house kitchen, and the room door lock didn't work. At checkout they demanded 1000rs extra for one extra mattress, which was pathetic. Never stay at this Oyo, you'll regret it.
