Hotel Golden Tower

Gagan, Anil, and gourouv, the nite shift manager, were excellent. I had stayed at this hotel almost four times over three years without issues, but Balvinder singh has left me totally disappointed and damaged the organisation's reputation. He kept asking me to pay cash whenever I wanted to settle the room bill, though I managed to pay by credit card except for the last day, when I paid cash to another manager on duty. The next day, as I was checking out, Balvinder singh gave me a bill for RP 7000. I said I'd paid the full amount by card plus cash, but he insisted I still owed RP 7000 until I asked him to check the computer and show me. It then showed I'd paid RP18000, but not the RP 3000 cash. He changed the claim to RP 3000, not 7000. Since I was leaving for the airport and didn't want to be late, I paid RP 3698 plus room service by credit card and left. In the taxi I worked out that seven nights at RP 3000 meant I'd already paid the full amount, RP 18000 for six days and RP 3000 cash, so the extra RP 3698 was an overcharge. I called him three times on the way to the airport about it. He promised to call back but didn't. Almost four days after I got back to Singapore, I still hadn't heard from him or his management about the overcharge. He is a cheat and a very shroud character.

We chose to stay here because of how well Balwinder sir behaved. He was so polite and well spoken, and the service was 10/10. The place is very close to the Gurudwara Sahib🙏🏻😊, just 100 meters. Must visit.

Poor service and bad management. The rooms aren't clean or spacious.

Golden Tower was pathetic and not worth the money. The rooms are too expensive, and the service and basic amenities weren't available. I don't recommend it.
