The staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Whenever I tried to bring up a concern, they were hostile or brushed me off, as if guests didn’t matter. The rooms were awful too, with dirty linens, bad smells, and poorly maintained amenities. Basic hygiene and comfort seemed neglected. The whole atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and I couldn’t wait to leave. This was easily the worst hotel stay I’ve had. I’d tell anyone considering it to go somewhere else and save their money and frustration.

The dirty room, unclean toilets with a strong unpleasant smell, and stale linens made the stay uncomfortable. Hygiene was extremely poor. This was the most disappointing stay of my life, and I can’t recommend the place.

The bathroom had no door, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. There was no AC or geyser, and not even a drinking glass in the room. Dirt and mess were everywhere, and the hygiene was poor. The caretaker and reception staff were rude and unprofessional too. The room was far below acceptable standards, making this an extremely unpleasant stay. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
