The reception guy was a horrible person I’ve ever met, and didn’t know how to speak to customers. Rooms were bad and dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the Gesar didn’t work either. Please, everyone, don’t go to this hotel. Ek banti sariya nu na jao ithe, the price is high and the service is zero. The people were awful too, especially the guy at reception.

There’s no room service or housekeeping, and you have to keep struggling to get what you need. I found the receptionist asleep on a couch every time. If you want the worst, most horrible experience of your life, kindly visit this hotel. I’d give the property minus 100 stars.

The rooms were much smaller than they looked in the photos, and there was no staff around. The geyser gave an electric current in the water. We had to tell them there was no water in the room, and both the room and bathroom were dirty. Worst hotel ever.

I visited from 19 to 21 November with my wife and little boy. The room was clean, and the staff were polite. It was okay for the price, and the Golden Temple is very nearby.

The room smelled really bad, and the room service was pathetic. There was hair all over, the bedsheet hadn’t been changed, and there wasn’t even a tumbler in the bathroom. Worst hotel I’ve ever visited.
