The Residency Towers Coimbatore

The hotel itself was impressive, with well-kept rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, professional service, and courteous staff. The one letdown was the complimentary breakfast at the Pavilion food court. We gave our room numbers when we entered, but nobody told us breakfast would be charged. They only mentioned the fee partway through the meal, and a few other guests had the same experience. That should be made clear in advance to avoid putting guests in an awkward position.

The staff's kindness mattered most when my wife fell and injured her arm during our stay. Mrs Bridget, the Chief Concierge manager, immediately got us an ice pack and went with us to the hospital, only five minutes away. While we were there, Bridget stayed in touch, and she and the hotel team kept checking on my wife and me. When I lost my appetite, she even arranged special food. We had to extend our stay because of the accident, and the hotel handled it without any hassle. Their care was heartfelt, and we felt looked after through a difficult time. Before that, we were struck by the welcoming feel of The Residences. The lobby was spacious and elegant, and at check-in we were seated and offered a refreshing drink with an Indian touch. Our modern, spacious room had an iPad control for lights, curtains, music, TV, and room service, which added a luxurious touch. It was cozy, with comfortable pillows, complimentary welcome edibles, and a table and chairs. We enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet, with Indian and Western dishes, fresh fruit, yogurts, desserts, and drinks. The mattar paneer was so good I went back for seconds. Dinner by the outdoor pool was substantial, flavorful, and nicely presented. We couldn't use the pool or gym because of the circumstances, but both looked inviting and well maintained. We hope to try them next time. The Residences in Coimbatore combines modern amenities and good dining with genuinely compassionate service. Special thanks to Bridget and the whole team. We wholeheartedly recommend it, and won't forget the stay.

The breakfast at The Pavilion stayed enjoyable even after nearly two weeks. The buffet had good variety every day, and the chef often checked that everything was stocked and served at the right temperature. The spacious, inviting dining area was a nice place to catch up on the news, do daily word games 🤩, or people-watch. Manjunath, Abhishek, Augustine, and the rest of The Pavilion team were attentive and friendly. My wife and I check out tomorrow, after almost two weeks at The Residency. Pavith Kumar was our first contact, and he was professional and personable. He helped us choose a room that worked for us and checked in several times during our stay. The modern, updated rooms had everything we needed for a longer visit, and housekeeping, led by Vishnu, did a wonderful job throughout. The property is well maintained, the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and everyone we met showed exceptional hospitality.

From the polished facilities and relaxing atmosphere to the warm, helpful service, everything made my stay at The Hotel Residency Tower in Coimbatore memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and every staff member I met was polite and professional. The hotel is beautifully maintained and lives up to its 5-star rating. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Coimbatore. One of the city's best 5-star hotels.
