We asked for help with a toilet and heater issue at 7:30 PM, but were told it was “too late” for service. That isn't acceptable. Staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout. At reception they refused us drinking water, then accused us of lying when we said room service wasn't answering. We called again, but the water still wasn't delivered. Basic courtesy and accountability were missing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The bathroom we got with our suite was in very bad shape and a real disappointment, especially given how much they charge. We had to call room service several times just to get hot water in the shower. It cost far more than it should have. Book another hotel somewhere else, you'll waste your money here.

I stayed for two days. The rooms were good, and the service and food were great. It's a bit far from darbar saheb, but worth it for the road access, parking, and peace I wanted.
