Hotel Premier

The mattresses were the softest I’ve experienced in hotels at a similar price, and the rooms were neat and clean. Room service was slow, though. Even so, I felt I got good value for what I paid.

The reception area looks nice and the location is good, but the stay was noisy and I couldn’t sleep well. The rooms and sheets were dirty, the bathroom fittings were poor, and neither the AC nor the fan worked properly. There’s no parking available. Hygiene matters, and this doesn’t feel like a 3 star hotel. MMT should pay more attention to customer comfort and provide better hotels.

A good value hotel in the city, with shops, restaurants and a large market within walking distance. The Golden Temple is about 15 minutes away by car. The rooms and hotel premises are clean, the interiors are nice, service is good, and there’s a lift. There aren’t any other amenities. Rooms have no balcony or window, so there’s no view. Parking is right on the congested road in front of the hotel. Recommended for a quality stay on a budget.

There were wet towels, faulty switches and fans, and a ridiculous breakfast. On top of that, the staff were arrogant. It was a nightmare and one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend it to couples, or even to bachelor guys who usually settle for anywhere. Spend another 200-300 and get a better property.
