We stayed here with friends and found the rooms clean and the staff really helpful. The hotel is near the Golden Temple, and if I come back to Amritsar, I'd stay at hotel Queensland Amritsar again.

We booked ahead through Oyo and paid in advance for the day, but arrived at 2 at night to be told only a limited number of rooms were available. They put us in a really poor room, even though a couple who arrived just after us got a better one. We had booked for 2k for two days. The reception employee treated us terribly, and the room was awful. I booked based on the reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this place if you want your Amritsar trip to go well.

We work in the corporate sector and keep coming here for stays. The hotel staff and service have been a great experience each time.
