Housekeeping and washroom service were extremely poor, and problems weren't dealt with promptly. The room was unclean and badly maintained, with little comfort, while the washroom's hygiene was well below expectations. The stay wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The service felt unprofessional, and staff seemed to care very little when I reported problems. My room was dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained, and the washroom was unhygienic with terrible upkeep. I regret booking here and wouldn't stay again. One of my worst hotel experiences.

The only decent thing here is the location. The rooms aren't very clean, the bathroom stinks, and the old building clearly hasn't been maintained. The rooms also look quite different from the photos, so don't expect what you see there. The staff aren't cooperative and don't provide service. The owner is manipulative, so don't get trapped or scammed, especially if it's your first visit. It was a very bad experience. Keep this as your last choice, only if you have no other option.

I'd give this zero stars if I could. There was no cleanliness or maintenance anywhere in the hotel, and the bathroom was in awful, unhygienic condition. The staff were extremely rude and uncooperative, making the stay even more uncomfortable. It doesn't meet even basic hospitality standards. Not recommended.

I stayed here on 29/10/2025 and had a comfortable, happy stay. Mr Charanjit Singh was very good and let me into my room before check-in time. The room was good for this price range, the Wi-Fi was very good, and the washroom had been newly renovated. Fully recommend.
