The price displayed for Bhavani Lodge was ₹1050, but they asked me for ₹1150, saying GST was included. I questioned it, and they then agreed to ₹1100, which is ₹1050 plus 5% GST. The misleading price and rude, unprofessional way the staff spoke to customers spoiled the experience. The lodge itself is okay for a stay.

There was no Wi-Fi. The room had changing bedsheets, but the toilet wasn’t cleaned, and I found cigarette butts in it. The bathroom mug was broken and there was no mirror. Staff seemed lethargic in their service, perhaps because they’re underpaid. Room 311.

Mr. Shiva Shankar at reception made the stay especially pleasant. He was courteous, professional, and helpful, handled check-in smoothly, and patiently helped with local information and requests. The hotel was calm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly place to stay. Thanks for the wonderful service.

The room was very dirty, and despite asking for three days, nobody came to clean it. They didn’t provide basic items like towels, blankets, or water glasses, and staff were rude and wouldn’t answer when we asked for things like water or cleaning. I booked a double deluxe room with A/C through agoda, but the hotel didn’t provide A/C, saying they hadn’t received any message from agoda about it. Please don’t go there 🙏🏻
