The internet photos showed a completely different room. This one had dirty walls, sheets and bathroom, and the TV didn't work. It wasn't clean at all. Since there's no zero rating, I'm giving one star. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Everything was perfect, from the staff to the service. I was so happy that day. It was the best thing to happen to me, and such a great experience 😍

We couldn't check in until after lunch, and even then the room hadn't been cleaned and the sheets had already been used. The shower didn't work either. When we first asked about laundry, we were told there was no service. The next day they said there was one, so we handed over our clothes and were told to collect them the day after. The laundry still wasn't there then, or when we checked out on the third day. They asked us to come back in the afternoon, but it still hadn't appeared. I had a bus to catch and asked the manager to compensate us for the clothes, but he refused.

The reception staff helped me with all my needs. I paid 1800/Rs for a double room, and the rooms were good. A good hotel in the Ameerpet area.
