At Hotel Robin Inn in Amritsar, the staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location made it convenient to explore the city. I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Breakfast had fresh options to choose from, and my room was spotless, spacious, and had cozy bedding, premium toiletries, and a gorgeous city view. The staff genuinely cared, offering local tips and prompt help. Himashu sir was especially welcoming and made check-in smooth. My stay at The robin inn was outstanding. It combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service, and would suit a business or leisure trip. I highly recommend it.

During my business trip I stayed at Hotel Robin Inn on Queens Road, Amritsar. It's reasonably priced and fairly central, but the view from my window wasn't pleasing or scenic. The rooms are average and a decent size, though the decor and ambience need refreshing. The bed and furniture were moderately comfortable, but the linens and towels looked worn. Lighting was dim, and the desk, TV, and air conditioning were basic, nothing special. Breakfast was decent but the selection was limited and the food quality could be better. Service was particularly slow in the morning, when people are often in a hurry for work. Staff seemed understaffed or overwhelmed and took a long time to serve guests and food. They were polite and tried to handle requests once they got to them. It's a basic option for business travelers who don't plan to spend much time at the hotel. The experience was average, with room decor, service speed, and food quality all needing improvement. Given those issues, there may be more comfortable and efficient choices in Amritsar. The hotel has potential, but currently it's just an average stay.

We arrived around 9 PM, went out, then came back at about 12:30-1 AM to find management had given our rooms to someone else. I still can't understand how they could do that. After a lot of confusion and hassle, they eventually assigned us different rooms, but there were no AC remotes. The blankets smelled bad, and the next day I developed skin irritation, which has never happened to me before. One of my worst hotel experiences. Think at least ten times before booking here.
