The travel apps gave incorrect information. The bed we got was different from the one shown in the picture. The itinerary promised free parking, but when we arrived they refused to provide it, and Saraghari parking charges applied.

The room was good, but the bathroom was very bad. The water drainage system is practically zero.

The terrace view room, number 604, is the best. It's on KATRA with a view, 200 meter from the Golden Temple and multi-level parking, and 20 steps from jaliawala bagh. Best stay near Golden Temple.

The staff were there for us around the clock, always cheerful and ready to help with anything. We didn't have a single complaint or glitch during our stay. The runner boy deserves a special mention for his energy and help. The hotel has an inbuilt kitchen and served delicious home-style food at no extra cost, just to make guests happy. Nobody hinted for a tip, though the care made us want to give one. We had booked two attached rooms for our family. They were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the interiors were cozy and thoughtfully designed. The photos don't really do them justice. From the top balcony, we could clearly see the Golden Temple, with a magical view at night. The local market is just below, and AC buses to Attari-Wagah Border and other tourist spots were easy to access. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us like family. It was our first visit to Amritsar, and the team's warmth made the hotel feel like home from day one. I trust them with my family's comfort and safety. Sorry this review is late, but I don't think you'd regret staying here. Highly recommended.
