Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport

The only snag came at check-in, when I found out my agent had accidentally canceled my reservation. The team sorted it quickly, restored the booking, and got us into a room right away. They were professional and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything at Courtyard by Marriott was well looked after, and we left very happy with the service and attentive staff. We’d gladly return.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the lobby had plenty of comfortable places to sit. The whole hotel, including our rooms, was very clean. We stayed three nights as a family of five, at the end of our trip, and treated ourselves to Marriott. Our two connected rooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles, were relaxing and well equipped. The showers had strong pressure and lots of hot water. We also enjoyed the semi-Olympic pool, well-equipped gym, varied and tasty breakfast, and delicious dishes. A wonderful, luxurious stay. Highly recommended!

The Christmas event gave the property a lovely festive feel, and the team also took care of our anniversary request, making the stay feel personal and memorable. At Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport, the rooms were neat, comfortable, and well maintained. There was a great range of tasty food at the buffet, too. We had a relaxing visit and would love to come back, the hospitality was excellent.

A big thank you to Renjitha from At Your Service. She was patient and professional with every question, and kept helping throughout my stay. The team as a whole was friendly and responsive. Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport also had excellent food, especially the buffet with something for everyone, and the grounds were beautifully maintained with a calm, refreshing feel. It made for a memorable visit. I hope to return soon.
