The rooms were clean, roomy, and had everything we needed, and the staff made us feel at home. Rrv hotel is in a great spot for sightseeing, too. We had a wonderful stay, and the service was among the best in the city.

The staff were hospitable, but housekeeping really needs attention. The bedsheets were torn, the floors were dirty, and some door handles were broken. Even the lunch plates weren't clean.

The food was great, and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent service.

The food quality was amazing. We had our party in the banquet hall at rrv hotel, and Krishna specialt Raman ji treated us very well. I'd recommend the hotel to everyone.

2/10
The place doesn't meet even basic hospitality standards. I'm extremely disappointed with the room and the service, and I won't be back or recommend it to anyone. The bathroom had no toilet paper when we arrived, and cleanliness was poor, with a dirty mirror and floor. The rooms are badly maintained and still have very old model televisions. For a place claiming to be 4-star, the rooms and service deserve zero stars. One of the worst hotel stays I've had.
